    Step 1

    【小贴士Tips】 ·把打好的面团总分量除于2部分,一部分是香橙面团,另一部分加入1茶匙的抹茶粉,揉成抹茶面团,把2个面团静置休面15分钟。Divide the prepared dough into two equal parts: one part for the orange-flavored dough and the other part for the matcha-flavored dough. Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder to the latter part and knead it into matcha dough. Let both doughs rest for 15 minutes.

    Step 2

    ·各面团擀成直式长方形,进行排气,把面团卷起, 放入模中进行发酵约40分钟。Roll out each dough into a rectangular shape, expel any air bubbles, then roll up the dough and place it in the mold for fermentation for about 40 minutes.

    Step 3

    ·面团发酵的这个时候,可以准备制作两种口味的蛋糕糊了。While the dough is fermenting, you can prepare the batter for two different flavors of toast.

    Step 4

    温度Temperature: 烘烤时间参考,下火190℃,上火180-185℃,烤35-40分钟至熟。Baking time reference: lower heat at 190°C, upper heat at 180-185°C, bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked.烤炉高度有13寸,放在底层烤。For an oven height of 13 inches, bake on the lower rack.烤炉高度有16寸,放在底上层烤。For an oven height of 16 inches, bake on the lower-middle rack.
